Switching to a plant-based diet has really helped me feel amazing in my body. I originally started to eat vegetarian because it was cheaper but as I got more and more into this way of eating I realised it was having a profound effect on my health. I’ve always had a problematic digestive system. Nothing really helped it until I eliminated gluten and started eating a whole food plant-based diet. Now I’m not saying everyone has to become a gluten vegan, I just think everyone can benefit from adding more wholesome fruits, veggies, beans, nuts and seeds to their diet. You never know how it might help you until you give it a go.
I’ve created this 7-day meal plan to show you guys how easy and delicious eating a plant-based diet can be. Not vegan? You don’t have to be. I’ve designed it so anyone can follow the plan, whether your a vegan looking for some exciting recipes or a newbie who just wants to cut down on animal products this meal plan will be perfect for you.
